Health Benefits Of Peaches
Honestly, peaches are such an amazing fruit. Not only are they super beneficial for your heart, they help a multitude of other things. Lower cholesterol levels and improved digestion are some of the many benefits of peaches. They improve your immune system and sharpen your eye sight too! I myself couldn’t live without them. I happen to love peaches. They’re juicy and so delicious. One of my favorite ways to use peaches is to incorporate them into smoothies. I get some frozen mangoes and some frozen peaches and blend them up in the vitamix. I also add some greens like spinach in with the fruit for some added greens into my diet.
Here’s a recipe:
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 cup fresh spinach
and 8 oz water
